As you know, Year 2 is a very important year, as we have the KS1 SATs coming up in May. We will be working hard to make sure that your child is ready for these, but we cannot do this without your help. Thank you in advance for all your support – it is always greatly appreciated.

I joined Grinling Gibbons in April 2018 and have been made to feel so welcome by the children, the staff and the parents. The school truly feels like a family and I am very excited to now be a part of it. I have worked in London, both as a class teacher, and as a SENCo, and have a passion to see all children thrive, in spite of the barriers they face.

I look forward to working with you to support and challenge your fantastic children.

Additional Responsibilities

This is only my second year working at Grinling Gibbons, but already, it feels like I have been here for much longer. After teaching for nearly thirty years across a range of schools in London, I can honestly say, that this is a really special school, filled with enthusiastic, polite, hard-working children, who have a real love for learning, and who can’t wait to come to school every morning. The same could be said of all our teachers and support staff too!

This year I am teaching in Reception, and I am always amazed at the new learning I experience every day. I hope I will be here for many years to come.
